The Asociación Forestal de Ávila (ASFOAVI) is a private and independent landowners association founded more than 20 years ago. We provide technical assessment to rural landowners in any issue regarding the management of their properties. Today, we are 300 members that own more than 75.000 hectares of land in the province of Ávila, a province 150 km northwest of Madrid. ASFOAVI is member of the Federación de Asociaciones Forestales de Castilla y León (www.fafcyle.es), that includes the 8 other provinces from the region of Castilla y León, at the northwest of Spain.
