Fafcyle organiza en Zamora una subasta de chopos por valor de 960.000 €

La subasta será el próximo 24 de mayo de 2019

FAFCYLE ha organizado en Zamora una subasta de chopos por valor de 960.000 euros. Concurren lotes de Burgos, León, Salamanca y Zamora. La presentación de ofertas está abierta hasta el 21 de mayo de 2019 a las 14 horas y las proposiciones deberán enviarse a la Federación de Asociaciones Forestales de Castilla y León.

Esta es la primera subasta que la Federación organiza en Castilla y León en 2019, tras la celebrada en el pasado de mes de diciembre, donde se vendieron 23 lotes por un valor superior a los 700,000 euros, incrementándose el precio de venta en un 32% respecto al precio de salida, lo que confirmó que el chopo de la región es un valor en alza.

En esta ocasión salen a licitación un total de 33 lotes, 7 en Burgos, 22 en León, 1 en Salamanca y 3 en Zamora, correspondientes a 28.000 árboles aproximadamente con un total de 20.000 m3 de madera.

Los populicultores de la región venden a través de la subasta organizada por FAFCYLE 14.418 m³ de madera de chopo

FAFCYLE, es la entidad que representa a las Asociaciones Forestales de la Comunidad (una por provincia), contando con unos 5.000 socios y unas 500.000 has asociadas. Sus más de 27 años de trayectoria organizativa la avalan, realizando desde el año 2.005 subastas de madera de chopo, ocupando la que se ha realizado en esta ocasión la número veintidós.

El éxito obtenido con esta fórmula de aprovechamiento conjunto en el ámbito forestal privado, pionera en nuestra región, radica en la trasparencia, garantía y seguridad para el propietario que se traduce en un beneficio claro. Los populicultores valoran positivamente el servicio dado por las Asociaciones Forestales, tanto en el asesoramiento técnico recibido durante todo el proceso de tasación, venta y aprovechamiento como la seguridad de una correcta ejecución de los trabajos y los cumplimientos de los plazos establecidos. Así mismo, cada año se ven incrementadas las ventas debido a la confianza y las ventajas que también encuentra en este proceso la industria.

En total durante el año 2017 se vendieron en las subastas de FAFCYLE 33 lotes de madera de chopo, que se correspondieron con 29.243,32 m³ de madera, por un importe de adjudicación de 1.873.342,87 €, importe record de venta en un año. Los precios medios se incrementaron de media en un 36 %, resultando una diferencia media entre la salida de 47,06 €/m³ a un valor en la adjudicación de 64,06 €/m³, en total 17,00 €/m³.

En esta ocasión, concretamente el 17 de abril de 2018, se subastaron un total de 18.107,18 m³ de madera de chopo procedentes de lotes de Burgos, León, y Zamora, en total 29.804 árboles con un valor de salida de 780.867,69 €. A la subasta acudieron 13 empresas del sector resultando adjudicatarias de diferentes lotes 8 de ellas. Se vendieron un total 19 lotes, 9 en Burgos, 7 en León y 3 en Zamora, correspondientes a 23.587 árboles con 14.417,34 m³ de madera por un importe total de 809.419,59 euros sobre el valor de salida de los mismos de 613.440 € con un valor medio de venta de 56,14 €/m³. Sin embargo, este precio de venta medio puede resultar engañoso porque ha resultado muy variable entre los diferentes lotes, encontrándose estos valores entre los 32 €/m³ y los 85,09 dependiendo de las características de la madera a la venta.

Esta oscilación entre los precios es el resultado del trabajo del populicultor y de la ayuda y asesoramiento recibido. Es necesario tener en cuenta a la hora de abordar una plantación de chopos un estudio de rentabilidad, el futuro populicultor debe conocer que la ayuda de un profesional es fundamental si se quiere obtener un buen resultado porque hay muchos factores que influyen como pueden ser el suelo, el tipo de clon o los tratamientos culturales anuales a aplicar que determinarán si el balance final de nuestra explotación es negativo o positivo.

Castilla y León aporta el 65% de las cortas de chopo de España de las cuales el 80% se realizan en montes de gestión privada. El chopo ocupa el 2 % de la superficie arbolada, sin embargo su aprovechamiento equivale al 20 % de la madera anual, aportando el 40 % de los ingresos por venta de madera. Es por tanto, el chopo una materia prima importante para la industria que proporcionan los propietarios de la región, los cuales necesitan estar organizados y agrupados para mejorar su posición en el mercado.

El chopo es una especie de crecimiento rápido, dentro de las especies forestales, excelente para la elaboración de chapas de madera, tablero, etc… y muy utilizada en la industria. Tiene un alto potencial medioambiental ya que absorbe 12t/hectárea al año de CO2, hasta que alcanza la edad de corta, momento en que disminuye su capacidad de absorción y es cortado para su aprovechamiento y sustituido por una nueva plantación que realizará la misma función ambiental.

ASFOSE subasta con el apoyo de FAFCYLE 12.552,39 m3 de madera en las localidades de San Miguel de Bernuy y Navalilla

Con fecha 13 de diciembre de 2017 la Mesa de contratación de la Federación de Asociaciones Forestales de Castilla y León ha aprobado el PLAN DE APROVECHAMIENTOS MADERABLES DE LOS TÉRMINOS MUNICIPALES DE SAN MIGUEL DE BERNUY Y NAVALILLA de la Federación, en el que se prevé la enajenación en pública subasta del lote arbolado que se incluye en este anuncio.

La modalidad de enajenación será en pie, a riesgo y ventura del adjudicatario al alza sobre el precio de tasación por la TOTALIDAD DEL LOTE. Se subastan dos lotes: LOTE 1: 166,14 has, 11.700,68 m3 de madera de Pinus pinaster y Pinus pinea en el T.M. de San Miguel de Bernuy. Y LOTE 2: 11,52 has, 851,71 m3 de Madera de Pinus pinaster en el T.M. de Navalilla.

El Precio de salida de los lotes es:– LOTE 1: 140.408,16 €. – LOTE 2: 10.220,56 €.

El plazo de presentación de proposiciones para optar a la subasta comenzará con la publicación de este anuncio y finalizará a las 14:00 horas del día 9 de enero de 2018. Las proposiciones deberán enviarse a la Federación de Asociaciones Forestales de Castilla y León, Avda. Víctor Gallego 15, Entreplanta/1º, 49009 Zamora.

Se licita en el municipio de Nieva (Segovia) una subasta de madera de propietarios forestales a través de FAFCYLE-ASFOSE a la que se han adherido un total de 63 propietarios con 242,70 has., todo un hito en este tipo de aprovechamientos.

Salen a enajenación pública en un solo lote 15.475,28 m³ de madera por un precio de salida de 185.703,36 euros. El plazo de presentación de ofertas en las oficinas de FAFCYLE acaba el día 23 de Agosto y el día 25 del mismo mes a las 11 horas se abrirán las plicas en un Acto Público ante Notario en el Excmo. Ayuntamiento de la localidad
